Meet the CEO
The founder of UNILIFE built the company from a personal promise: no family should be left unprepared when real pain arrives.

CEO's Inspiration
Since childhood, I carried a dream to help poor families: to give rice, clothing, livelihood, and support. When my mother died and we had nothing, not even enough for a coffin and burial, that dream became a promise.
Dr. Aiven A. Tonacao
CEO & Founder, UNILIFE
Dr. Aiven A. Tonacao's inspiration began in childhood. He grew up seeing the weight of poverty and the quiet struggle of communities where even basic needs could become impossible. From that environment, he developed a desire to help people in practical ways.
The deepest wound came when his mother passed away. His family had almost nothing — not even enough to provide the coffin and burial for someone they loved dearly. That memory became the emotional reason behind his mission.
Through UNILIFE, he carries a high dream: that one day this vision will materialize into a community that stands beside ordinary families, especially those who need support the most.
CEO's Life Story
Dr. Aiven A. Tonacao graduated from the University of Mindanao in Davao with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, building his early professional path around care, service, and patient support.
He later pursued naturopathic medicine at Richter Alternative School and continued into a Doctorate of Alternative Medicine through the European Center for Accreditation.

He is a father of four children and now serves as the founding chairman and president of UNILIFE, carrying both family experience and community responsibility into the company mission.
Why UNILIFE Was Created
UNILIFE was created because Dr. Tonacao understood that poverty becomes most painful during emergencies. A family may survive day to day, but when hospitalization, death, fire, or another major event arrives, the burden can become too heavy in a single moment.
From that memory, UNILIFE was designed as a community support system — to gather families before the emergency, organize them through membership and clusters, and create a structure where support can move faster and with more compassion.
